Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading housebuilder.  You will need to have experience in Plot Sales, either for another developer or sales of New Homes within Estate Agency.  We are looking for sales superstars to join our client's fabulous team!

You will be based on site in the Sales Office of a leading FOOTSIE 100 national house builder in the Norfolk / Suffolk / Cambridgeshire area.  The role offers full training and structured career progression opportunities into sales and sales management roles.  Responsibilities will include:

Look after all prospective/existing purchasers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Provide expertise in the Company’s house types, specs, extras and procedures

Match all Group schemes available to seek to secure the maximum possible sales, ensuring that all customers are qualified

Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes, completed product and the sales office to the agreed standard, and ensure that adequate on-site and off-site signage is maintained

Ensure that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports are completed within deadlines.

Conduct local and market research, and competitor analysis in line with OFT guidelines in order to demonstrate excellent knowledge and awareness of the local area, amenities and current market

Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all relevant internal colleagues and external contacts

Attend regular training courses

You will have: experience of working in a customer facing sales environment; be commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors; an ability to understand and act upon customer needs to maintain Company reputation; be driven to achieve personal and organisational targets; an ability to remain calm and keep up to date with including legislation, economic conditions and technology; be able to Communicate and negotiate persuasively and build relationships across functions, internally and externally; excellent communication skills; flexibility with hours, particularly with regard to weekends and bank holidays

PACKAGE

This role offers the very competitive benefits package you would expect from a leading employer, including a starting salary package of up to £24,000 and a fully flexible benefits and pension. OTE £41K Hours of work: 35 hours a week, including working most Saturday, Sunday and public/bank holidays. 10:00 am to 17:00 pm.
