We are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our busy agency team, we are looking to utilise your experience to increase our Client database further and help to fill the numerous agency vacancies we currently have.
If you are currently a Recruitment Consultant or a Sales / B2B Consultant with outbound Telesales experience and looking for a new challenge this may be of interest.
You MUST have solid, successful and provable employment track record in business development and sales, either in either telesales and / or B2B and be able to show you are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve your goal, if you can then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for. As a current Sales / B2B Consultant you should be able to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm along with the ability to generate Candidates by being pro-active rather than reactive utilizing all the opportunities available to you to help fill our vacancies.
We are after someone that is looking for a rewarding career and not job hopped around the industry, product training will be offered to help the successful Applicant achieve early success in their own right.
On offer is a Salary from £18,000 up to £24,000, dependent on previous proven earnings with commission on top, realistic year 1 OTE £35,000 although there is no limit to what you can earn.
Working closely with the Senior Consultant in the early days you will be targeted on generating new business and maintaining our existing Client relationships, there is full support in place to assist you in developing the business and supplying the products to assist you in achieving your goals.
For this role you will at least "C" Qualifications at GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths and have both an excellent telephone voice and be computer literate.
