Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Grapevine Recruitment is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the busy Recruitment team, having won a number of new contracts we have numerous opportunities that need filling, through this we need someone to help us find quality Candidates to put forward for the contracts, please note this will involve a lot of telephone work and very little face to face.
You MUST be able to demonstrate you have the desire to work in Recruitment and show you are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve your goal, if you can then this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.
As this is not just an administrative position previous sales experience is essential, this can be either from telesales or from business to business roles, proof of successes will need to be shown to confirm your ability to work well in a sales environment.
We expect to see drive, enthusiasm and the ability to generate Candidates and Clients by being pro-active rather than reactive, this will be by utilising our in house database, job sites and LinkedIN.
We are after someone that is looking for a rewarding career, full in house recruitment training will be offered to help the successful Applicant achieve early success in their own right.
Working closely with a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the early days you will be sourcing Candidates for our Clients, referencing Candidates and booking Candidates into contracts. We have full support in place to assist you in developing the business to achieve your goals.
You will need a minimum of "C" Qualifications at GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths and have both an excellent telephone voice and be computer literate on Windows 10 / 365.
On offer is an initial annual salary of up to £18,000, depending on previous relevent experience, plus productivity bonuses, this will increase after the first year in line with performance.
