Summary of Role:
Working closely with the managing director of a local family owned business. This role will primarily focus on dealing with the accounts, general point of contact with clients, scheduling bookings and the smooth running of the general day to day business.
Monday – Friday
09:00 – 17:00
Salary to be confirmed upon interview.
- Dealing with bookings
- Handling all telephone queries
- Assist with the processing of month end / year end reporting
- Diary management
- Sage 50
- General administration duties
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Sage
- Good working knowledge of excel and word
- Ability to meet deadlines
Previous administration experience of working within an Office environment
Due to location own transport is ideal however not vital.
