Financial Services Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Grapevine Recruitment is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Financial Services recruitment team. We are a busy office and we are expanding! We need an ambitious trainee consultant who is seeking a career in Recruitment who can work well within a team but has the drive and ambition to develop their recruitment career.
Recruitment is a fantastic career opportunity and you will be placed on a training path acquiring the basic skills and developing your knowledge to become a full Recruiter responsible for your own desk!
You will get involved in the day to day running of the department, helping to source quality candidates, confirming candidate suitability, checking their compatibility for the and also assisting in putting them forward to the Clients roles, please note this will involve a lot of telephone calls therefore an excellent telephone manner is essential. You must be computer literate and have good attention to detail. You will also learn how to develop networks using your social media and internet skills.
There will be a lot of research required via various Jobsites and also LinkedIN so as to source potential Candidates for calling, assessing their suitability and then forwarding to a senior Consultant.
As an applicant you must be able to demonstrate an excellent employment track record in telesales and of achieving targets.
You will be:
Contacting Candidates from either the database or from various websites
Processing CV's and formatting them if required
Interviewing Candidates via the telephone
Introducing suitable Candidates to a senior Consultant
Working as part of a team
Excellent telephone Manner
Happy to work on the phone for up to 4 hours a day
Have an eye for accuracy
Be a Team Player
Desire to achieve and work in a growing industry
Ability to go the extra mile when needed to resolve a problem and achieve your goals
Minimum of grade "C" on "GCSE" or equivalent
Excellent remuneration package
Bonuses taking year one potential earnings to in excess of £20,000, year two should be in excess of £30,000
No weekend work
Both external and internal training
Work closely with a senior Recruiter
Opportunity to run you own desk and build your own clients
